We bought a pre owned car here. The car was cleaned and prepared well for test drive. It’s impressive that all dealers were very accessible. Purchasing went smoothly. David gave very clear explanations on everything we got and we need to do. We had issue between insurance and registration. Victor was very helpful navigating through the process. He spent a lot of time contacting both side and me. And the issue was solved in a day. Picking up is fast. We got the car as soon as we get there. Great experience overall!

I don't live nearby but bought a vehicle here in 2017. Although I normally use a local mechanic in my town, he is often booked up a month in advance, so I have brought my car back to Wellesley Toyota on several occasions. Partially this is because I like the waiting area (quiet area, regular area, and if you have kids a children's play room). Partially it is because the Wifi works well and seating is comfortable. And they make things easy because they are usually able to fit me in with little or no notice. Brian, Joseph and several of the other service advisers have also been really considerate. I would definitely recommend this location to others for service.

After visiting Toyota of Wellesley, I knew I was in the right place. My sales consultant, Mr. Trung was very helpful and provided me with all information I needed about the car. He was professional, kind and understanding of my situation. The management team was excellent as well. Awesome experience at Wellesley Toyota today. Joe Gunning was the service manager for my vehicle that had a Hybrid System Malfunction error and he was excellent throughout the whole process. Kept me informed through each step of the diagnosis and repair and worked hard to make sure my new RAV4 Prime was fixed quickly and completely. He even took me to the service bays to see the squirrel nest that had caused the issue. Later he texted me about a rodent protection spray (Mighty Mint) that I should use to keep the squirrels away. Great guy and great dealership.

I've been buying and referring family and friends to Mr. Ko's Toyota of Wellesley dealer ship for more years than I can remember. I'm on my 3rd salesman, John Imparato. My daughter and her fiancee recently leased 2 new Prius Prime. This will be my families 5th vehicle in 4 years. The others are Sienna Limited and 2 Venzas. This doesn't include all my friends and my own purches over 20 years. We've gotten great deals, but most importantly, great respect. Now my daughter also won their raffle on her birthday.

After waiting at Nucar Toyota for 40 minutes, we got fed up and called Wellesley Toyota. We had a specific color/ model we looking for and found it there. This is our fifth Toyota and basically the most seamless car purchase we have ever made. Since we were taking this car off the showroom, I felt like Alex Luka gave us a good price and we left there happy. He also spent about 45 minutes this past weekend making sure I got the Toyota remote connect setup on my cell phone. I tend to lock myself out of my car so it's nice to have the option to unlock the door with my phone. Overall, while Nucar Toyota has a nicer renovated showroom, we felt like Wellesley Toyota has better customer service. I'm most certainly switching my service appointments to Wellesley Toyota as well.

I went to a few different dealerships and wasn’t very happy with the service, I felt like they weren’t entirely listening to my concerns. On a whim I looked at the Wellesley Toyota website and called to see if I could come in to look at a car. They had it on and warmed up when I got there and I worked with Victor and David in finance and they were awesome. They made sure all of my needs were met and stayed with me even after closing to make sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend!

Great experience, car shopping with Trung! The entire process was smooth & fast, I felt comfortable and never pressured!

I usually hate dealing with pushy sales people at car dealerships but could not have been happier after working with Trung. He was very polite and answered every question I had. Never felt that I was being pressured into buying anything. Unfortunately, they did not have the Tundra I was shopping for but I will 100% be returning when it is back in their inventory.
