I had an excellent experience with the dealership. They were quick, prompt and very on top of things the entire experience. Alex Luka was my sales person and he made car buying easy and he is funny. I purchased the car towards the end of the month and did not want to go to a dealership until I received a quote with the out the door price in writing. The person we spoke to over text was Chelsea and she was quick and prompt unlike another dealership we were in discussion with. That was how I made up my mind to come to this dealership because clearly they want to do business and they gave a quote that was better than other dealerships and I didn't really have to haggle for it. I close the deal on Monday and was able to pick up the car on Tuesday. Would recommend this place to other people!

Excellent job by the entire team at Toyota Wellesley. I brought my 2017 Prius in for a coolant loss issue - related to a service bulletin issued by Toyota. Jonathan the service adviser was excellent in listening to my concerns, and professionally explained the various possible outcomes to me in a way that made me feel confident.
