BATTERY SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT

Wellesley Toyota was recommended to us by a friend who works in the the auto dealership space. Andrew Lee was excellent, detailed oriented, factual, and low pressure. The entire team was helpful and transparent through the entire process from identifying our vehicle to the final test drive and wrapping up the paperwork. I highly recommend Wellesley Toyota's sales team. Now on to servicing our vehicle and we hope the service department maintains these high standards.

Great service, I never felt like I was being pushed into something I wasn’t looking for. Everyone was helpful and polite and especially the gentleman named Lucas who assisted us. Went to other dealerships before this and we definitely had the best experience here.

I’m posting this review on behalf of my mother, who had a great experience at Wellesley Toyota working with Luciano Brandon (Lucas) on her new 2026 Camry. He was friendly, helpful, and communicated clearly throughout the process. He even went out of his way to pick her up and drop her off at the T station, which saved her a lot of time. After the sale, he stayed responsive and kept her updated on pickup, and he took the time to walk her through the Camry’s features and the Toyota app. Thank you, Lucas, for making it such a smooth and positive experience!

I could not have had a better experience. It was my first time buying a car since my dad passed away so I was nervous to go on my own, but Marcus Mason did an outstanding job from knowing what I wanted, before I even knew, and making sure everything was exactly the way i needed to feel comfortable. It took a few trips to Wellesley to finalize all the details, but it was well worth driving 2 hours one way, to get such exceptional customer service.
