After waiting at Nucar Toyota for 40 minutes, we got fed up and called Wellesley Toyota. We had a specific color/ model we looking for and found it there. This is our fifth Toyota and basically the most seamless car purchase we have ever made. Since we were taking this car off the showroom, I felt like Alex Luka gave us a good price and we left there happy. He also spent about 45 minutes this past weekend making sure I got the Toyota remote connect setup on my cell phone. I tend to lock myself out of my car so it's nice to have the option to unlock the door with my phone. Overall, while Nucar Toyota has a nicer renovated showroom, we felt like Wellesley Toyota has better customer service. I'm most certainly switching my service appointments to Wellesley Toyota as well.
