Went to Toyota Wellesley and had a great service experience. The people are kind and we're able to answer any questions. Trung Le worked with me and got me the car I was looking for.

I bought a 84 month battery names "TrueStart" with 84 month warranty in Oct 2020. In December 2024, it started to fail, had to jumpstart 3 times. Came to Toyota, hoping for a prorated new battery. However their proration is a joke. After 2 years, you get 50% of a cost discount. After 3 years, you get 25%. I asked them what would I get at the last year, and they had difficulty calculating such a small amount. In addition, they will sell you a battery for $198 which costs $127 at Toyota dealership next town. I asked to price match they battery and apply 20$ off coupon, but they said they cannot do both at the same time. So I ended up buying a new battery from them for full matched price and pay $50 to get it installed. What a shady business practice!

Honestly, I was terrified of dealing with salesmen as a woman, but Andrew and Nate were quite literally the nicest and most patient people. Glad I got my car from here. Would recommend to any other woman shopping for a car.

I stopped in, no appointment, last minute, on my way home the night before Thanksgiving. I saw a used minivan online with an amazing price. John Imparato came right over, checked to see if it was still there. I test drove it and we started the paperwork. I asked John about a couple of other cars on their website. Everyone was leaving, we already went past closing time. But John took me to the garage to look at the other two cars, moved them to a lighted section to look at. I never felt rushed or pressured. I got the cars I was looking for. John made the process easy. The finance person was patient and explained options, answering all my questions. I highly recommend Wellesley Toyota!

Bought a new car here, only one month and 1000 miles, the engine light came on. The service guy refused to do a quick check and could not give an indication of how long it would take, only said to leave the car there or drive away at your own risk. Arrogant and perfunctory. Lemon car Lemon service.

Bought a car from Mark and it was a great experience. We wanted a Highlander for months but there was very low inventory. We called and Mark got us set up with the only one they had.

Victor and Truong were amazing and so helpful in the purchase of our hybrid highlander - we were on a list forever and they stayed in touch with updates and immediately acted when one became available and facilitated the process easily and swiftly for us. Victor was great in making the sale possible while we were on the road and having the paperwork in place and Truong walked us through the new vehicle and how it works very patiently. Really a pleasure working with them both.

I recently bought my new Rav4 Hybrid here and had a great experience that I’d love to share! For context I had been car shopping for a couple months and wasn’t feeling super optimistic from experiences at other dealerships and continuous research. I saw before that Wellesley Toyota was a reputable dealership, but was a little further from my area. I happened to be in the area the night before Thanksgiving and decided to stop by last minute without an appointment. I gave a quick call before stopping by and Trung Le, who I spoke with on the phone, already had a car waiting for me to check out when I got there. He was super informative with all the features the car had to offer and transparent with pricing. He also showed me a few other options and offered Black Friday dealership specials. I felt comfortable putting a deposit down the same day. The following night I had re-considered the car and found one at a different dealer that was more suited for me. The next day I shared this with Trung and he worked his magic on getting me my dream car from the features to the color I wanted. He graciously helped me with this on his day off nonetheless! He was quick to respond, friendly, and understanding throughout the whole process. The following day I went in to finalize the paperwork and finances. Trung and his manager worked with me on offering a competitive trade in value for my old car. Then, I met with David from finance and he was very friendly and thorough in explaining everything and highlighting key takeaways to note about my new car’s warranties and offerings. When it was time to pick up my new car the process was both informative and quick thanks to the help of Alex and Trung. I’m very happy with my decision and am loving my new car! I sincerely mean this when I say this dealership is well worth the drive if you live a little further and definitely has earned its positive rating. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family and will continue to do so! Thank you again to Trung, David, Alex and Wellesley Toyota for all their help!

Not really sure why even after making a 10:15am appt for a simple oil change it takes well over an hour (over 1.5 hours.) Brought the car in early too. Don't understand why it takes Valvoline 20 minutes or so to do the same thing..... NOT happy waiting and waiting for something simple. Better off going to my local mechanic.......

I visited Wellesley Toyota earlier today in search of a 2025 Sienna Platinum. The dealership wanted $5,000 above the MSRP "justifying" it by high demand (the manager agreed to reduce the markup to $3,000, but no lower). Yes, the law of supply and demand is the main free market foundation, but with a catch: it's supposed to reward the manufacturer, not the middleman. When the manufacturer of a product in high demand keeps its price the same but the middleman engages in price gouging, it benefits neither the manufacturer nor the consumer. I visited 2 other Toyota dealerships within a couple of hours. Neither tried to mark the price up this way. I'm accompanying this review with a letter to Toyota US urging them to revise their allocation for this dealership due to its predatory practice.
